The core principles for daily operation, parking and maintenance of mini excavators (micro/mini diggers) are gentle operation, frequent inspection and strict protection. These measures can avoid mechanical failures and ensure operational safety. The following precautions are classified by pre-operation, in-operation, post-operation, daily maintenance and special scenarios, covering all daily use scenarios with simple and feasible steps:
.Pre-operation & In-operation: Inspect fluids (diesel, oil, hydraulic oil), tracks/tires, and safety devices (seat belt, fire extinguisher) before startup; warm up the engine for 3-5 minutes. Operate gently—avoid overloading, forced excavation, and extreme control lever movements; keep the body parallel to slopes and prohibit personnel in the slewing radius.
.Post-operation & Parking: Park on flat, firm ground with the bucket lowered and handbrake engaged; clean the radiator, tracks, and bucket. Replenish fluids and check for leaks; cover with a rainproof cloth outdoors and take antifreeze measures in winter.
.Regular Maintenance: Conduct daily cleaning and inspections, weekly grease application for pin shafts/hinges, and monthly filter checks/replacements. Never mix fluid types or reuse filters; address small faults promptly to avoid escalation.
.Operator & Special Scenarios: Prohibit unlicensed/fatigued operation; no cab overloading or unauthorized modifications. Adapt to special conditions—clean sludge after rainy/muddy work, prevent overheating in summer, and fully preheat in winter; secure the machine firmly during transit.
